Dr David Cane, Owner and Principal Consultant of Catalysis Consulting, is in the process of retiring from his work as a consultant .  David would like to recognize and sincerely thank the many clients and colleagues who have worked with him during 26 years of developing competency-based workplace standards.

Although no longer active as a project consultant, David was a co-founder of the Career-Span Competence Collaborative (www.careerspancompetence.com), whom he continues to support in an advisory capacity.
